Here’s how the process of applying to The Commons works:
  1. Stop in the Leasing office and pick up your application and the guarantors application.
  2. Return the completed forms to the Leasing Office with a $50.00 non-refundable application fee made out to North Forest Realty, LLC.  Don’t forget that we need a copy of your drivers license and a copy of your guarantors drivers license. Your application will be reviewed and within 7 to 10 days (often less)  you will be notified of your acceptance to the Commons.
  3. Stop back in the Commons once you have been notified of your acceptance and complete your lease with the Office Manager.  You will need to know at that time how you will be paying your rent;  lump sum or monthly payments. You may take your lease to have the guarantor sign it if they are not with you or we can mail a signature page to them.
  4. When you return the signed lease you must also have a security deposit. Please have a check made out to Lititz Properties, LLC for $425.00. At that time you will officially become a resident of University Commons as of the start date of your lease. You will receive the keys to your suite on the first day of your lease.  Welcome!
