Fall 2010 Rate information

 

Still less than a single dorm room, and no meal plan to purchase!

 

 $2650 per semester, $5300 for the academic year, August through May.  Rate includes electric*, water and sewer.

 

Rent is payable in 10 payments of $530.00 per month or one lump sum each semester.

 

Five month leases are available for students who will graduate in December.

 

  * Electric will be capped at $275 per month for a 4 bedroom suite and $250 per month for a 3 bedroom suite.  Electric bills over these amounts will be the responsibility of the tenants and will be paid by the tenants.

 

Bonus for filling a suite– With 3 or 4 student leases for a 3 or 4 bedroom suite we will pay for your cable and high speed internet. You’ll have no additional payments to make each month!

 

For new tenants only

 

 
A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 made out to North Forest Realty, LLC is due when submitting application.

A security deposit of $400.00 made out to Lititz Properties, LLC is due at lease signing.

Parking

 

Parking on the property at The Commons is with permit only.  Permits are assigned based upon the date that security deposits are received.  Parking is also available in designated areas of the shopping center parking lot across the street.
